We do not use excessive packaging or have a fake, expensive “unboxing” experience. Your products are delivered so that they arrive to you in the best possible condition with the minimum of waste. We ship all over Australia for free for orders over $250.

Returns

We know how irritating it is when companies make the return or exchange process a continuous series of hoops to jump through.

Our policy is easier than 1, 2, 3….

1. Just let us know within 21 days of the order being sent what the issue is by contacting us at hello@scienceskincare.com.au and quoting your order number so we can consider your request.

2. We will refund your skincare product purchase as appropriate.

3. No tricks. No worries. No surprises.
